Finance Administration Officer
3 Year Fixed Term Contract
Due to an internal restructure, the Wudinna District Council is seeking an enthusiastic and professional person for the full-time position of Finance Administration Officer on a 3-year fixed term contract basis.
The role will work collaboratively undertaking a broad range of duties to assist the Finance Manager and senior staff. Applicants must exhibit a professional attitude and approach to communication and have a demonstrated ability to determine priorities and meet deadlines.
The successful applicant will have a high level of computer literacy, attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Applicants with prior experience in payroll, creditors or financial processes are encouraged to apply, however prior financial experience is not essential as on-the-job training will be provided. Exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of general office procedures including clerical, data input and equipment use is expected.
Working within a small team you will be expected to be a collaborative team player with a can-do attitude and friendly, yet professional, disposition.
Salary & Conditions: Salary will be based upon the SA Municipal Salaried Officers Award Level 3.1 - 3.4 plus Council’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
